Ingredients
  • 4 oz dark chocolate
  • ½ c heavy whipping cream
Instructions
  1. Place the chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl. Scald the cream in a heavy saucepan over medium heat, then, while whisking, slowly pour the cream into the chocolate. Mix until smooth and set aside to cool.
