Aimee of Twigg Studios sent me her lovely new cookbook, Aimee’s Perfect Bakes, and this recipe immediately caught my eye. Pomegranate season had just started and I thought these would be so delicious with a strong cup of black tea (I was right!). They’re a snap to make and keep perfectly for 3+ days, and the pomegranate seeds and pistachios make them look so festive.
