Ingredients
  • 9-12 graham crackers
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • flaked salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a 9 x 13 (or something close) baking pan with foil. Heat the butter on the stove over low heat until melted, then whisk in the brown sugar until it has mostly dissolved. Pour over the graham crackers and bake for about 10 minutes or until bubbly. Allow to cool to room temperature, then chop roughly. Store in an airtight container at room temperature until ready for use or up to 3 days.
